I am originally from Waukesha and grew up closer to Genesee in the country on a horse farm. Had some amazing memories there with my family and animals. Spent almost every waking minute down in the barns or at horse shows. I truly believe this help mold me to who I am today and my dedication to my career and life goals.
Currently I reside in the quiet small town of Palmyra with my husband, two beautiful daughters, and the two cutest rescue dogs you could ever want to meet.
Since my busy girls keep me on my toes, I appreciate a color and hairstyle that’s compatible with a busy lifestyle. I also love classic and timeless styles and love to work at incorporating individual needs with a gorgeous final result.
When I’m not behind the chair or with my family you can find me at the gym! It’s my favorite space to just be myself and clear my head. Where I workout there is always a new challenge to master and I love that almost as much as diving into new techniques and education for hair. I was fortunate enough to visit the Living Proof Academy in Boston, Matrix Global academy in New York and continue to partake in continuing Ed here in the Midwest.
Currently Oligo, Kevin Murphy, Blacklight and Living Proof are some of my favorites. I hold certifications in Aqua Tape In extensions, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and more.
Where would keeping up with the new techniques be if I wasn’t able to share them?? As much as I love doing hair, when it comes down to it, I love the relationships that are built behind my chair . Being a stylist since 2000(Eek, don’t add those years up), I’ve been able to meet so many people that I consider my ‘salon friends’ and I so value the time with them in my chair.
I am very invested in helping everyone who sits in my chair choose a style that fits their lifestyle and maintenance schedule. I also strive to send them home with the understanding of how to maintain and replicate their visions at home with the proper products and techniques.
